Next comes preparation. Use our organized checklist to buy the necessary supplies, print the materials (which automatically update based on your selected missions), and set everything up.

When you’re ready to launch, players scan a QR code and join the game on their phones.

Then it’s time to play. The game begins, and players receive instructions and challenges directly on their phones. As the host, you use the control screen to track progress in real time, send messages, and help when needed.

Finally, enjoy the compliments for running a unique, fun, challenging, and memorable activity.

After signing up, your game is automatically saved on the site and will always be available to you.

All you need to do is go to MyRaceParty from any device (phone, laptop, or desktop) and sign in. Once logged in, all your games will appear under “My Races.”

Important: Make sure you log in using the same email address you used when you first signed up.

Before payment, click “Test the Race.” You’ll be able to experience the online game with answer hints, skip options, and full editing access. You can add, remove, or create your own challenges, and preview all printable materials before paying. Everything updates automatically based on your selected challenges.

After payment, you can test the game exactly as players will experience it. Print the game materials, scan the game entry QR code from a phone, and open the host dashboard on another device to approve photos and track progress. Play through the race to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Very important: If you ran a test game, be sure to click “Reset Race” in the host dashboard before the actual event so all progress is cleared.

From our experience, kids love this format and naturally want to join in. Here are a few helpful tips:

Create small teams of four to five players.

Assign an adult or teen helper to each team.

Use one or two phones per team and rotate them between players.

Encourage a different child to read the instructions and lead each challenge.

Include teamwork challenges that require cooperation, such as relay tasks, group photos, or simple sports challenges.

Yes! You can continue editing the game even after payment. Just be sure to print the materials after you’ve finished all changes, since the file updates automatically based on your selected missions and number of teams.
